(More customer reviews)Item is as described. The material seems heavy enough to last and is water repellant but moisture may seep through if it is left to form a puddle for a while. It is hard to tell because our set has high back chairs and rain water pools in the middle of the table and the umbrella cover is long enough that it sits in puddle. Zipper is nylon and seems a little light weight but should hold up under reasonable use. You have to look carefully for the opening for inserting the steel support rod. Steel rod and zipper make easy to remove / replace. We also purchased a matching table cover and are pleased so far Patio Set Covers. Fit 54"-60" Patio Table and Chair Set, Size: 104"dia.x31"H. Vendor shipped and item was received in a reasonable amount of time.
