It also seems to clean up easily, although mine is fairly new so I've yet to see how lots of baking will affect that nice white finish.The one negative aspect, and it could be a big one, is that the top on the cover is indented in away that makes it impossible to take the cover off with a pot holder.This is extremely frustrating when you are trying to take a quick peek at a dish as it's baking. I have only been able to grab the top to remove the lid with a dish towel, as it's thinner than a pot holder, but also less protection from burns.Depending on how much that might bother you, you may be better off with another dish that doesn't have this design flaw.
