An antique ivory drip style socket cover is assembled to a standard bright brass mason jar lid that will fit any mason jar with a 2-3/4" opening. You can fill your mason jar with decorative objects such as shells, beads, etc., then screw the lid onto the jar to create an instant lamp. There is no assembly or wiring required because the socket is pre-wired and assembled to the cap. The 6 foot gold cord with an on-off switch exits from the side of the socket so you do not have to drill a hole in your jar. You only need to add a candelabra bulb to the socket and you will have an instant lamp. All the electrical parts in this kit are high quality and U.L. listed.
