(More customer reviews)I ordered two of these benches from Amazon for my patio.They are sturdy once assembled, but be sure to install all the (included) metal bands that support the seat.The wooden inlays are securely attached, but are not fitted well (does not affect utility of the bench).Installation was not difficult and will go quickly by using a 10mm socket wrench, although any 10 mm wrench can be used.My biggest problem was the shipping.Both bench cartons, which are heavy, were damaged (presumably by UPS).One, so much it damaged the contents and had to be returned to Amazon.To Amazon's credit, a replacement bench was sent out immediately, this time via Fed Ex (at no expense to me).This box was also damaged, but less so, and no damage done to the contents.I suspect the manufacturer does not provide adequate packaging for such a heavy item (it is cast iron).
